History


For 66 years, always thinking ahead of its time, Cassava's philosophy is innovation.

Together with founder Victor Ohf in the 50s, the company grew and solidified in the Rio do Sul region, recognized at that time as a producer of cassava.

Over time, new agricultural frontiers opened up across the country and the company quickly noticed this evolution, installing manufacturing units in other regions of Brazil. Constantly investing in the modernization of its technologies and the quality of its professionals, Cassava keeps its roots intact: its values, which constitute one of the company's greatest assets, remain unchanged.

In continuous development, Cassava is currently the national leader in the development of solutions in cassava starch, serving important productive segments.

On the market since 1954, Cassava applies high technology in research, development and testing. All of this, to guarantee the maximum quality of the products and to meet the most rigorous quality standards, demanded by important national and international commercial partners.
