To Cassava, innovation is more than a simple Word: is the philosophy taken root in 50 years of work. Is this way since the time of the enterpriser Victor Ohf, the Company founder in the 50’s. In that time, Rio do Sul region was recognized as the main productor of cassava root and had the main plantations and industries of Brazil in this agricultural segment . In this scenery, was arising Cassava. Through the time, new agricultural frontiers were opened in the country and the Company discovered naturally this evolution installing manufactory units in other regions in the country. In spite of attacking constantly in the technologic update and in its professionals, Cassava never abandoned its roots: its values continue untouched since the foundation times, representing one of the biggest importance of the Company.

At last, in these five decades the World lived deep modifications and Cassava came allong with the Human and Tecnology development stage by stage. “Maintaining the feet fixed on the ground” and keeping up a merchandise view ahead of its time.
