Introduced in 2002 in all the CASSAVA Units, the 5’S search to improve continuously the environment organization, through shared actions that dispense unnecessary materials, the organization, identification and the work place environment cleanness, awaking a dynamic attitude of the collaborators to improve the quality of life.

SENSE OF ORGANIZATION – Identify what is necessary and what is unnecessary for the work. Dispense the unnecessary.

SENSE OF ORDER - Organize is to idealize a suitable arrangement for the work stuff, that gives easily localization of the things and necessary information with swiftness and security at any time.

SENSE OF CLEANNESS – Is to eliminate any kind of dirt in the area and to execute a set of prevent actions, maintain everything always clean.

SENSE OF CONSERVATION – Maintain the utilization, the organization and the cleanness, paying attention that the searched stages don’t retrocede. Is the preservation of the conditions that are harmful for the quality of life.

SENSE OF DISCIPLINE – Execute operation proceeding, ethics and stablished patterns. Respect the hierarchy and follow the company functionalism and procedure. Have self-discipline to make all this automatically, is to make about that a way of life. Is the moment of awareness to execute the tasks as a habit, without, however, think that everything is already perfectly going on or that there isn’t anything else to do as a evolution.
