Name: Plum Pudding
Base: Fecula

Ingredients:
1 can of black plum
5 cups of milk
4 eggs
5 spoons of sugar
3 spoons of sweet starch powder
1 box of strawberry gelatin
1 can of milk cream
1 can of condensed milk
Cherries

Preparing Manner:
Covering 1: Cut the plums in pieces and fill up the invar saucer
Covering 2: Put the milk on fire, the yolks, the sugar and the sweet starch powder, boil and mix it for about 5 minutes, then let it cool and spread it on the covering 1.
Covering 3: Dissolve the gelatin in a cup of hot water. Let it cool and mix it in the blender with the milk cream, spread it on the covering 2, put in the refrigerator and let it toughen.
Covering 4: Mix the White eggs and after add the condensed milk, spread it on the covering 3. Decorate with the plums and cherries, put it again in the refrigerator.
