Name: White Sago
Base: Sagu

Ingredients:
200 g of sago
2 cups of water
1 liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk
3 eggs


Preparing Manner:
Let the sago marinating for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain it. Boil the milk, a sprinkle of salt and 2 pieces of cinnamon. After headed, add the sago, mixing it sometimes. Turn the fire off and add 1 can of condensed milk and 3 yolks. Mix 3 white eggs (until they are white as snow), 1 can of milk cream. Add everything to the sago already cooled. Serve it with stock peach, plum or shopped strawberry.
