Nome: Pudding Sago
Base: Sagu

Ingredientes:
90 g of sago
300 ml of milk
6 eggs
1 glass of coconut milk
4 soup spoons of margarine
1 and a half cup of sugar


Modo de Preparar:
Let 90 g of sago marinated in 300ml of milk, during the night; mix in the blender 6 eggs, 1 glass of coconut milk, 4 soup spoons of margarine and 1 and a half cup of sugar. Turn off the blender, add the sago that was marinated, put in a cook pan with “a hole in the middle” (sugared as caramel), let it cook in oven.
